- You'll receive a report card by email. You're welcome to call at 10–10:30 am.
Not required, but highly suggested. If your dog won't attend on a scheduled day, notify us by 9:00 am. Failure to notify results in a $25 no-show fee or one day removed from your pass. Three or more missed visits without notice within 60 days will result in losing your dog's scheduled spot.
Puppies are accepted after their second set of shots. Play care is not recommended for dogs under 3 months.
Dogs work out a natural pack order in the morning. A dog arriving late misses that formation and it's a worse experience for them — like being the new kid who shows up halfway through recess. Checking in by 9 am lets us monitor that process properly from the start.
Rabies, Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvovirus, and Parainfluenza (DHPP 4-in-1), Bordatella (kennel cough, renewed every 12 months), and a clean fecal test yearly. Written proof is required. The Corona vaccine is recommended. All updates are the owner's responsibility.
Yes, by 6 months of age. Unaltered dogs under 6 months that exhibit negative behaviors may be suspended from all social services until sterilized.
Dogs must be free of communicable diseases for at least 3 months prior to enrollment. At all times, dogs must be free of any condition that could potentially affect other pets.
No. Dogs in play care must not exhibit aggressive behavior. Any dog that does will be safely isolated and not allowed back until the behavior has been addressed. We reserve the right to exclude dogs that pose a risk to other dogs or staff.
A flat quick-release collar or harness is required — no chain or pinch collars on the play care floor. No electronic components due to pool access. Small dogs must wear harnesses. We don't handle dogs on retractable leashes. Collars available for $5 at the front desk.
Yes. Pack it in a plastic bag or container with their name clearly marked. Don't bring toys, bowls, or bedding — we have those. On evaluation day, pick up is between 11:00–11:30 am.
We offer a quiet respite care space for dogs recovering from surgery or injury. Dogs must be compatible with others, illnesses must be non-communicable, and they must come with medication (written instructions), a regular leash, and must not be a chronic barker. Additional waivers may apply.
We accept Pit Bull mixes but have limited spots — check availability before registering. Bully breeds are accepted up to 18 months of age for insurance reasons, so we encourage early enrollment to allow the maximum time with us.
